Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted on our site. a) Ordering and Payment

All ordering is executed online at www.vendchef.com or mobile application. Buyers are billed directly by VendChef for the orders, and “Nuvend Sdn. Bhd." will be the name that appears on the payment records (bank statements).

b) Delivery & Pick-Up

Orders are solely pre-order at least 1 day in advance before 9pm and customer will receive sms notification on the pick-up code upon food delivery to the hotbox selected. Customer require to redeem the meal from the hotbox within the time slot allocated (lunch: 12-3pm and dinner 6-9pm). Nuvend Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right on the unclaimed meal after the time slot.

Your order will be delivered to the hotbox no later than 1pm for lunch and 6pm for dinner. We endeavor to meet the said delivery time slot however it may be occasionally delayed due to traffic flow, weather conditions, unforeseen incidences or force majeure event, and we shall not be held liable for failure to deliver.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALL FOOD SHOULD BE CONSUMED WITHIN 5 HOURS.

The web site is provided by VendChef on an “as available” and on an “as is” basis. VendChef shall not be liable for any interruptions in the use of its web site. VendChef makes no representations or warranties of any kind, implied or express, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its reliability, correctness, accuracy, or otherwise. VendChef reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Service with or without notice to the User. VendChef shall not be liable to User or any third party should VendChef exercise its right to discontinue or modify the Service. User accepts that VendChef does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

All content included or available on this site, including text, site design, graphics, interfaces, pictures and the selection and arrangements is owned by VendChef. Any use of materials on the website, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, distribution, modification, or replication, any form of data mining or data extraction, or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior written permission of an authorized officer of VendChef is strictly prohibited. Users agree that they will not use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained therein without prior written permission of an authorized officer of VendChef.
